1. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery Time:

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

• Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the order and destination.

• Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

2. Return Policy

You may return physical products (CDs, USBs, posters, vinyls, and merchandise) within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

• Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Opened or used items.

• Custom-designed or personalized products.

• Digital or service-based projects (recordings, mixes, graphics, videos).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if:

• No studio session has been booked.

• No production, design, or video work has started.

• No physical products have shipped.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.

• Once services or products are delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

4. Payment Policy

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now, Pay Later providers (Affirm, Klarna, Sezzle, etc.).

• Orders must be paid in full or approved for financing before fulfillment.

• Late or declined payments may result in order cancellation.

5. Tangible & Digital Deliverables

• Tangible products (CDs, USBs, posters, vinyls, merchandise) will be shipped as described in your order.

• Digital deliverables (music files, graphics, videos) will be delivered via email or secure download links.

6. Order Cancellations

• Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if fulfillment has not begun.

• Once processing, recording, or shipping starts, cancellations cannot be made.
